ILF's education programs help students across a breadth of subjects in STEM, entrepreneurship, and social and emotional learning, along with working to digitize schools. Our programs involve students to help them find the joy in experiential learning.

By leveraging our extensive experience, proven track record and dedicated team, this initiative has delivered profound and lasting benefits to students, schools, and communities.

This program has enhanced the quality of education, empowered students with valuable skills, and bridged educational gaps. Academic results have significantly improved, with students showcasing enhanced learning outcomes and improved test scores. We have witnessed a substantial reduction in dropout rates, demonstrating the engagement and enthusiasm our approach generates among students.

STEM Education

Improving Schools: STEM Labs

Our STEM Labs project is restoring agency to students and helping them overcome their fear of scientific discovery. We do this by helping students to actively engage with STEM in our tinkering labs that are equipped with all the tools and resources they need to support learning through prototyping. Our program culminates with students working on solutions that solve issues plaguing their communities.

The initiative has built critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and creativity in students through tinkering and experimentation and is shifting the mindsets of teachers, giving them experience in Project-based/Hands-on Pedagogical practices for Science.

Improving Schools: Social and Emotional Learning

Social and Emotional Learning equips individuals with essential skills like self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation. These abilities enhance academic performance, foster strong relationships, and promote well-being, creating more supportive and compassionate communities.

Our goal is to empower children everywhere to take action, whether it's standing up against underage marriage, speaking out against bullying, or developing a love for nature and advocating for water conservation in their communities; and that all children everywhere take care of their physical and mental health and develop a joy and hunger for learning the skills they need to thrive for today and for the future.

Entrepreneurship

Improving Skilling: Entrepreneurship Training

Entrepreneurship is crucial for driving innovation, creating jobs, and empowering individuals to shape their future. ILF’s entrepreneurship training program is designed to foster these skills among students.

Students were deeply involved in a hands-on, project-based approach, tackling real-world challenges within their communities. The program culminated in them pitching their business ideas, with the most promising ones advancing to an incubation phase for further development. This initiative steadily empowers young minds and fosters a brighter future for their communities.

Sports Training

Improving Skilling: Sports Training

ILF aims to deliver a 360-degree holistic strategy that leads to total athlete development, sustainability, and empowerment by focusing on four interrelated disciplines: athlete education and skill development, coaching, sports science, and athlete management.
